TOPfrost is active in the field of commercial refrigerators and catering equipment. In the ten years of its presence, it has managed to establish itself in the professional consciousness of entrepreneurs seeking modern, economical and complete solutions through its network of distributors.

Recognizing the development potential that the internet now offers to B2B entrepreneurs, they targeted the development of their customer base and sales through growth marketing activities. Specifically, TOPfrost was looking for ways to increase its visibility, generate new leads and increase sales online and offline .

Methodology

The AstroLabs team since November 2019 when it started working with TOPFrost has achieved the above goals by following Inbound & Outbound Marketing strategies.

The adoption of an Inbound Marketing strategy aimed at attracting new customers through the use of specialized content (Content Marketing), SEO and Community Management in Social Media.

Α. Specialised Content - Content Marketing

Social Media Management: Creating and managing an online community on the company's Facebook page in order to build loyalty, trust and customer support. Our actions since November 2019 have resulted in an organic increase in the page's audience of 583.3%.

With more than 250 Facebook posts, TOPFrost has more than 14.5M impressions, generating over 260,000 interactions and 115,000 clicks on links to the site.

Blogging:  Creation of specialized articles with categorization, which resulted in a 536% increase in traffic to the "News" section of the website.

Email Marketing: Sending Newsletter in order to channel informative, casual content and commercial offers to 18 specialized lists based on the sectors of activity of TOPFrost's customers.

Β. SEO

Through the SEO strategy we adopted, we succeeded in improving the website's appearances in Google's organic results, giving them significant exposure to a potential clientele actively searching for commercial refrigeration and catering equipment products. This was achieved through the website's improved Google rankings in targeted search terms. Specifically, over 430 keywords placed TOPFrost on the 1st page of Google results.

Α. Google Ads & Facebook Ads

Through the creation of Google & Facebook Ads we aimed to attract new audiences to the company's touchpoints. Using the tools offered by both platforms, we increased the users visiting the page by 89.15%. We also increased by 51.5% the average monthly inbound leads coming from the web and intending to purchase TopFrost products, for the period 2020 - 2022. Finally, we increased by 20% on average the turnover of sales generated from these inbound leads, over the last three years.

Β. Email Outreach Plan

The creation and implementation of an Email Outreach Plan gave us the opportunity to evolve the traditional cold calling that TOPFrost used in the past, in order to generate leads and convert them into customers.
